ELABORATION
Don Sixto, award-winning Mezcal Coyote, known as aphrodisiac agave, a piece of Mexico sealed in a bottle. Elixir of the Aztec Gods pure wild Agave americana subsp. oaxacensis found in the wild after naturally growth between 10 to 15 years from highland in Sola de Vega, Oaxaca. Artisanal made by a small community who have passed the art of making Mezcal generation after generation. In the palate you can detect just the right balance of citrus and smoky taste. Fruity undernotes of strawberry, cherry, banana, mango and pear preserved. Produced in small batches. Presentation in 750mL, 375mL, 200mL
